This is a new Trenton Housing Authority development called Rush Crossing. This new construction was built on the site of the old Carl Miller Homes high rises which were torn down.
Frazier Courts and its 37 apartments is currently home to 100 residents. There are 37 units occupied and 30 units slated for future renovation. Job One is presently caring for the lawn and landscape maintenance.
Lincoln Homes and its 118 residences is currently home to approximately 220 people. Lincoln Homes consists of 64 houses and 54 apartments. Job One Lawn and Landscaping is responsible for all landscaping and lawn maintenance.
