Rush Crossing

This is a new Trenton Housing Authority development called Rush Crossing. This new construction was built on the site of the old Carl Miller Homes high rises which were torn down. With 204 low-rise residences Rush Crossing is Trenton’s largest housing project in more than a decade.

The construction site’s ground had to be prepared to take the trees and landscaping that was designed for it. Job One created the design and installed all the specified trees and plants for the community.

The project included courtyards, a community center, a community garden and a lovely greenway path in this urban setting.
